TERMS OF SERVICE
By doing business with me, you automatically agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in being blocked or publicly blacklisted.
— Personal
• Reuploading my art not permitted unless I am credited.
• Do not get heavily inspired by my characters or designs. Light inspiration is fine.
• If you are younger than 16, keep interactions to a minimum and professional.
• I have a personal life. Do not rush me, checking in is totally fine though!
— Characters + Designs
• Do not overprice or resell my designs for more than they are worth. Worth can only be increased with paid commissions and personal art. Art trades, gifts & contest entries should not be part of a characters worth. Getting a character via trade reverts the worth to zero.
• Redesigning my designs are okay as long as they aren't unrecognizable.
• My designs are for personal use only. Profiting off my designs are not allowed, however we can discuss commercial use.
— Artwork
• You may edit my artwork slightly, but please keep the original preserved whether it's publicly or privately.
• I reserve the rights of reusing sketches that were rejected by the commissioner. if you want to keep the sketch, an extra charge will be made.
• Artwork that you obtain from me regardless of it being a commission, gift or from a trade, is for personal use only. You cannot profit off my artwork.
— Transactions + Offering
• All payments should be made in USD Paypal.
• I do not start on a commission until after payment is started.
• Backing out after an offer is accepted, or in the middle of a transaction will get you blocked.
• I do not do refunds unless I am unable to complete your work.
